  • Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure Services are invoiced accurately and timely to customers
    • Verification of data in system and documents
    • Ensure invoices are sent to customers promptly
    • Assist Dept Head in data/information gathering needed in problem resolutions
    • Prepare individual KPI Report timely to Dept Head for monthly management reports
    • Photostat and collate invoices and supporting documents for filing and storage


    Qualifications / Experience

    • Strong ability to interact and communicate with people effectively over the telephone, and able to handle deadline and stress
    • Meticulous and detailed in work
    • Able to work Overtime to meet month end closing
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft office suite, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Team player


    • Working Location          : TOLL City
    • Salary Range                : S$1900 - S$2200
    • Working Hours              : 5 Days / week
