  • As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the employees' travel arrangements and facility management. You willalso serve as an assistant to the management in coordinating their internal meetings and managing their expense reports. In addition, you will focus on providing general administrative support in areas relating to Finance, Marketing, and HR.


    • Responsible for employees’ travel management, including booking of flights and accommodation, and preparing documents for visa applications
    • Responsible for facility management, including liaising with building management and monitoring office supplies
    • Assist management in coordinating internal meetings and managing their expense reports
    • Assist in finance and accounting, including sorting expense reports and managing petty cash
    • Assist in events management, including venue sourcing, and ordering of food and drinks
    • Assist with new joiners' onboarding, including arranging photo shoots and welcome lunches
    • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls and receiving mail
    • At least a Diploma holder in any field
    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
    • Good communication skills; excellent spoken and written English
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team, to drive results
    • Takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learner
    • Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks at a time
