    Job Description:


    Supporting the Head of Financing & Advisory, Asia Pacific in all tasks and assisting the Financing and Advisory business. 

    • Coordinating appointment diaries
    • Arranging of customer meetings
    • Organizing travel arrangements
    • Preparing presentation material
    • Organizing pipeline reporting
    • Screening calls and taking messages, sorting and forwarding mail for the departments
    • Managing of booking new / existing business in the Bank’s internal systems, including:

                - Ensuring Compliance, Money Laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are adhered to and facilities are booked correctly (including change of relationship managers and credit officers)

                - Communicating with clients and handling of account opening forms

                - Assisting with monitoring tasks in the Bank’s internal systems

    • Controlling stationery orders and maintaining supplies
    • Archiving, maintaining department and correspondence files
    • Reviewing and producing invoices and expense claims including invoicing for out-of-pocket reimbursements claims for Singapore Branch and other branches under specific Service Level Agreements
    • Arranging desks / IT for new joiners, ensuring the requirements of new joiners and leavers are met, communicating with other departmental units
    • Taking care of the Department Business Continuity Programme requirements


    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in banking industry
    • Ability to multi-task and perform administrative and support services
    • Team player
